This tea is full of uplifting, nourishing herbs. Whether you’re feeling a bit grey, emotionally down, or just want some lovely lemon balm in your cup, this blend is a perfect pick-me-up.
 
Suggested Use
Steep 1tsp - 1tbsp in a cup of hot water for 5-10min. Strain and enjoy.
 
This blend can also be used in a bath, for your feet or your whole body. Add 1tsp-1tbsp to your tea bag. Steep in hot water for 10 min, and add to your bath water.
